Sonoro GOLD announces increase in private placement

Sonoro Gold (SGO:CA) said on Wednesday that it is increasing its previously announced non-brokered private placement to 10 million units for gross proceeds of C$1.5 million.
The offering price remains $0.15 per unit and each Unit will be composed of one
