Southern Charm alum Eliza Limehouse is pregnant with her and husband Mark “Struthers” McBride Jr.’s second baby, Us Weekly can exclusively reveal.
“I told Struthers after he got home right after I found out,” Limehouse, 28, tells Us, noting that “keeping it a secret the entire day was very hard.”
Limehouse says that telling the couple’s 4-year-old son, Patton, was next on the list. “We waited a while to tell Patton and my little sister when we were out on [our] boat,” she explains, referring to her younger sister, Paige, who is 8 years old.
The former reality star, who is a ninth generation South Carolina native, reveals she’s been “very sick” with this pregnancy but can’t wait to expand her brood.
“I’m due around Christmas, which is funny because Patton and my birthdays are Christmas and Christmas Eve,” Limehouse shares, adding that having three holiday birthdays was completely unintentional.
The pregnant star teases that a “gender reveal is coming soon” now that her family and the public are in the loop.
In the meantime, Limehouse is soaking up her time with her family and sharing photos with Us from her maternity photo shoot, which included her beloved horses.
Fans were introduced to Limehouse during season 4 of Southern Charm in 2017 as a friend of the Charleston group. She became a full-time cast member during season 6, which was her sophomore season.
Limehouse, who grew up in the South as an avid horse lover, announced in August 2020 that she was not returning for a third season of the Bravo series.
“Dropped a bomb on y’all today … no more Southern Charm for me ❤️ bittersweet, such a good ride!” she wrote via Instagram at the time.
While fans were sad to see Limehouse go, her life was just getting started. After getting engaged to McBride, 35, that February, Limehouse revealed in October 2020 that the couple quietly tied the knot.
“Big Surprise!!!! We eloped … BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!” Limehouse announced via Instagram, sharing photos from the intimate ceremony. “My horses were our only guests, it still feels like a dream. Can’t wait to spend forever with you Struthers! God is so good.”

Weeks later, Limehouse revealed she was pregnant with her and McBride’s first child. Their son, Patton, was born on Christmas Eve in 2020.
“Happy 4th Birthday to my Christmas Eve angel ❤️ how is he 4?! Time has flown!!!!!” Limehouse wrote via social media in December 2024, celebrating Patton’s special day.
She revealed, “Patton is the greatest gift I’ve ever received. He almost came on my birthday but he decided he wanted his own special day. I didn’t know what life was until I had him. Truly grateful for every minute with him.”
