Southern Cross Gold names Michael Frame as CFO

Southern Cross Gold Consolidated (OTCPK:SXGCF) on Tuesday announced the promotion and appointment of Michael Frame as the company's chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Frame joined SXGC in July 2025, as financial controller and replaces Nick DeMare, who has served as the company's CFO since 2007.
