Southwest Gas (NYSE:SWX) priced an underwritten secondary public offering of Centuri (NYSE:CTRI) common stock, pursuant to which Southwest Gas, as the selling stockholder, is offering 9M existing shares of Centuri's common stock, at a price of $17.50 per share.
