Stantec prices $425M private note offering due 2032

Stantec (NYSE:STN) has priced a private placement of $425M in senior unsecured notes due June 10, 2032.
The notes will carry a fixed annual interest rate of 4.374%, payable semi-annually.
Proceeds will be used to repay existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
Closing is expected around June 10, 2025.
