STAR FASHION CULTURE (NASDAQ:STFS) announced on Thursday the pricing of its public offering of 20M Class A ordinary shares, $0.00001 par value per share, at a public offering price of $0.40 par value per share.
Gross proceeds, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses, are expected to be $8 million.
