Stingray Group (OTCPK:STGYF) (RAY.A:CA) (RAY.B:CA) said on Friday that CFO Jean-Pierre Trahan is taking a leave of absence for health reasons.
Marie-Hélène Fournier is appointed interim CFO, effective immediately.
The company said Fournier has been a mainstay over the past 15 years, has led or taken part in over 75 acquisitions and direct investment transactions.
