StrikePoint Gold launches $3M private placement to fund Nevada exploration

StrikePoint Gold (SKP:CA) (OTCQB:STKXF) announced a non-brokered private placement under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption.
The offering aims to raise up to CAD $3M through the sale of up to 20M units at CAD $0.15/unit.
Each unit includes one common share and one warrant exercisable at CAD $0.30 for 24 months after closing.
Proceeds will fund exploration at the Hercules and Cuprite Gold Projects in Nevada and for general working capital.
