Synopsys (SNPS) has parted ways with its chief revenue officer, Rick Mahoney, following his three-year stint in the position.

"Rick Mahoney will no longer serve as Synopsys' Chief Revenue Officer, effective immediately," the company said in a Form 8-K filing
