Chinese online marketplace Whaleco -- a subsidiary of PDD Holdings (NASDAQ:PDD) and doing business as Temu -- has agreed to pay $2M to resolve allegations by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission that Whaleco violated the INFORM Consumer Act enacted
