Tenaris to start $600M second tranche buyback of $1.2B program

Tenaris (TS) said that pursuant to its $1.2 billion share buyback program, it has entered into a non-discretionary buyback agreement with a primary financial institution for the execution of its second tranche, covering up to the remaining $600 million of the program.
