ThreeD Capital launches private placement financing

ThreeD Capital (OTCQX:IDKFF) launched a private placement for the sale of up to 10.5M units of the company at a price of $0.06 per unit, for total gross proceeds raised of $630,000.
Each unit is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the company at an exercise price of $0.15 per common share for a period of 60 months.
