Tim Tebow and his wife, Demi-Leigh Tebow, are officially parents.

Demi-Leigh, 30, shared the first glimpse of the pair’s baby girl via Instagram on Monday, July 7, revealing the newborn arrived one day prior. “🎀7/6/2025🎀,” she captioned the post. “Our daughter is here! We couldn’t be more grateful for the blessing and gift of this new little life. We’re so grateful to the whole medical team that assisted us in the best way possible during my labor and delivery. From our doctor to our nurses and all the hospital staff — we are so grateful and thankful for you.”

Her message continued, “To my sweet friend @hannahjanoe thank you for capturing one of the most special moments of our lives so perfectly. Thank you to everyone who’s been praying with us over her arrival. We are so incredibly thankful for all of the love and support we’ve felt.”

While the baby’s face wasn’t kept hidden, one detail was. “We can’t wait to share her name with you soon. 🤭,” Demi-Leigh teased her followers.

The couple announced her pregnancy in January, captioning an Instagram Reel, “Baby Tebow 🤍.” The video, which showed off sonogram photos and Demi-Leigh’s baby bump, also revealed that the little one was “arriving this summer.”

The pair opened up about the happy news in an interview with People at the time.

“We are just so excited and so over the moon to be having a baby together,” Demi-Leigh raved. “I feel like every time I say, ‘Tim’s going to be a dad!’ it feels so surreal.”

Tim added that he was “honored for the privilege of getting the responsibility and the joy of being mom and dad.”

Tim and Demi-Leigh met in 2018 at the Tim Tebow Foundation’s annual Night to Shine event, which is a prom for individuals with special needs. They confirmed their engagement in January 2019 and tied the knot one year later in Cape Town, South Africa.

In August 2024, the duo reflected on the early days of their relationship.

“Demi had a little sister with severe special needs. [She] was kind of our matchmaker,” Tim exclusively told Us Weekly of Demi-Leigh’s sister Franje, who suffered from cerebellar agenesis and died in May 2019. “Demi and her family were invited [to Night to Shine], but unfortunately her sister was too sick to go. But through that, we connected and never stopped talking.”

While the two felt sparks immediately, Demi-Leigh noted that they had to deal with a “language barrier” when they began dating.

“Loving in a second language is different,” she said before asking Tim, “Remember the first time after our first date, I told you, ‘Keep well,’ and you thought I was dismissing you?”

Tim explained, “Her first language is Afrikaans, not English,” since Demi-Leigh is from South Africa.

“I was like, ‘Keep well? … I don’t know if I’m going to see you again!’” he laughed while recalling the misunderstanding.

Shortly after their wedding, Tim hinted at the couple’s plans to start a family.

“I don’t know if we’re running the four-minute offense or we’re playing defense,” he told Extra in November 2020. “We’re trying to figure out what’s next for us.”

Tim added that both he and Demi-Leigh “definitely” wanted children and they were “excited for when it’s just the right time” for them to become parents.
