'Today' Host Dylan Dreyer's Sweetest Family Photos With Her 3 Kids

Today meteorologist Dylan Dreyer and Brian Fichera have enjoyed plenty of family time with their three sons through the years.

The couple frequently share sweet snapshots of Calvin, Oliver, and Rusty, keeping fans updated on major milestones, group outings and their latest cooking adventures. Need further proof of the family’s jam-packed schedule? In November 2023, Dreyer took Us Weekly through a day in her life, which included waking up at 4:30 a.m. with her sons snuggled up beside her.

"Two of my boys climbed into bed with me last night," Dreyer exclusively told Us right before she headed out to NBC’s Studio 1A for the third hour of Today alongside coanchors Al Roker, Sheinelle Jones and Craig Melvin.

Although Dreyer and Fichera announced their split in July 2025 after 12 years of marriage, both parties shared their commitment to remain friends and coparent their children.

"We began as friends and we will remain the closest of friends," Dreyer wrote via Instagram at the time. "Most importantly, we will continue to coparent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for one another."

Weeks after attending the Macy’s 4th of July fireworks show in New York City with her family, Dreyer announced she had split from Fichera.

“For many years I have shared my family with you all — the highs and lows,” she wrote via Instagram on July 18. “The ups and downs. And all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between. I am incredibly grateful for the support and love you’ve given me through it all. For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate.”

Dreyer said she will remain friends with Fichera and continue to coparent peacefully.

“Calvin said, ‘Today was the best day of my life.’ I couldn’t agree more buddy!!” Dreyer wrote via Instagram after throwing out the first pitch at a Boston Red Sox game with her eldest son. “Hard to top today! Thank you to the @redsox for making this the most special day ever!!! And to top it off, it’s Celiac Awareness Night!”

“What an amazing, low-key family weekend with my brothers in town celebrating my dad’s 80th,” the news anchor captioned a series of Instagram photos featuring her kids and extended family. “Not sure which of us had the best time … the adults or the kids!! I hate that we all live so far apart … why is that a thing these days???”

“Only 1 broken ornament! It’s the most magical time of the year!” Dreyer captioned several sweet Instagram photos of herself, Fichera and their sons assembling their Christmas tree.

“Pumpkin time!!” Dreyer captioned several sweet Instagram pics of her and her sons’ day out at a pumpkin patch. After picking out their perfect gourds, the group took their pumpkins home to be transformed into spooky jack-o-lanterns.

Easter in the Dreyer-Fichera family household involved very cute matching pajamas.

“Just a haphazard mix of random Christmas photos!” Dreyer wrote alongside a collection of family snapshots. “The chaos sums up our weekend. Pure joy and magic all around. Hope you had a wonderful holiday!!”

The family celebrated their dog Bosco turning 13 with plenty of chocolate cupcakes. 

Oliver and Calvin proved they were big football fans as they sat glued to the television set together. 

“Holy moly!!! How is Cal in 1st grade??? How is Ollie is preschool???” Dreyer captioned a photo of the brothers. “They’re very excited…and we’re very proud of them! Here we go!!!”

Calvin celebrated his first day of kindergarten in the rain, donning a jacket and a big smile. 

When Dreyer and Fichera welcomed their third son, Rusty, they spent time in the NICU. 

“First haircut!!!” Dreyer captioned a photo of Oliver getting his hair snipped. “It killed me to cut his curls but his long hair was driving him nuts.”

The meteorologist bid farewell to 2020 by sharing a montage of the family’s year together — from playing with toys to splashing around in the pool. 

Oliver celebrated his first Halloween by dressing up as an astronaut alongside Calvin. “#Mylittleastronauts,” Dreyer captioned the photo. 

Dreyer marked the ending of her maternity leave with a cute snap of baby Oliver. 

“Ending 2019 as a family of 3,” Dreyer wrote alongside a photo of herself with Fichera and Calvin shortly before Oliver’s birth. “2020 is going to be just a bit different!! Almost go time!!”
