TPG announces pricing of senior notes

TPG (NASDAQ:TPG) on Monday said TPG Operating Group II, an indirect subsidiary of the company, priced a registered public offering of $500M aggregate principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2036.
The offering is expected to close on August 14.
