Trillium Acquisition Corp. (TCK.P:CA) announced the termination of its previously disclosed business combination agreement with Bankview 1827 Investment Corp., Capitol Hill 1426 Investment Corp., and Sunalta 1509 Development Corp. (the "Vendors") and their affiliates.
The agreement, originally signed May 17, 2024, and amended on October 24, 2024, and March 30, 2025, will not move forward.
