Canada-based garments company Unisync (OTCPK:USYNF) announced on Monday the retirement of CEO and Director Douglas Good, effective July 15.
Chairman Tim Gu is set to assume the role of executive chairman.
"I believe the time is right to step back and spend more quality time with my family and pursue other personal interests that I’ve set aside over the years," said Good.
