Vantage announces launch of Chartered Global Investment Banker (CGIB) program

For Q1FY26, the company has reported income from operations of Rs. 93.41 lakh, a rise of 87 per cent as compared to Rs. 50 lakh in the corresponding period last year. Net Profit for Q1FY26 was reported at Rs. 42.45 lakh as compared to Rs. 41.59 lakh in Q1FY25.

Investment Banker’s Foundation has signed an MOU with Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd as the Official Training Partner. Vantage will deliver the CGIB program through its online learning Management Platform www.vantagepro.app, supported by a faculty team with extensive real-world investment banking experience. The curriculum is designed to be globally relevant, integrating theoretical concepts with case studies, industry simulations, and a capstone cross-border deal project to ensure practical readiness. Training will be delivered online, offering candidates the flexibility to learn at their own pace while also benefiting from live expert-led sessions.

The CGIB program curriculum covers the full spectrum of investment banking, including topics such as financial markets, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, regulatory frameworks, insolvency, etc. Exams will be held twice a year—in June and December—with on-demand scheduling flexibility.

The program is open to both undergraduates and graduates from any academic background, as well as working professionals looking to advance or transition into investment banking and related fields.
