- WisdomTree (NYSE:WT) on Thursday said it has entered into an agreement to acquire Ceres Partners, a U.S.-based alternative asset manager specializing in farmland investments.
- The company said that the acquisition delivers immediate scale and long-term upside, bringing about $1.85 billion in assets
