Netflix will be adding several new titles on August 1, but there are still plenty of movies to watch before Friday rolls around.
The final week of July is already loaded with fresh titles, including the highly anticipated Happy Gilmore 2.
That sequel was the first pick in Watch With Us‘ selections for the three popular Netflix movies you need to watch now.
Our other selections include a newly arrived horror flick and one of the best action comedies ever made.
‘Happy Gilmore 2’ (2025)
Happy Gilmore (Adam Sandler) is back, and he won’t be getting punched by Bob Barker this time! The former golfer returns in Happy Gilmore 2 years after he’s retired from the PGA tour. Happy had a happy ending with his wife, Virginia (Julie Bowen), but things took a tragic turn between them.
In the present, Happy reluctantly comes out of retirement to help his daughter, Vienna (Sunny Sandler), pay for a prestigious school for dancers. However, Happy’s anger management issues continue to be a problem for him on and off of the golf course. He also has to deal with an emerging golf league that threatens to take down the tour.

‘Until Dawn’ (2025)
Until Dawn may share the name of Sony’s hit horror video game, but the story of the movie veers off in its own direction with only minimal connections between the two. The film follows a group of friends, including Clover (Ella Rubin), Max (Michael Cimino), Nina (Odessa A’zion), Abe (Belmont Cameli) and Megan (Ji-young Yoo) as they reunite to find Clover’s missing sister, Melanie (Maia Mitchell). But their reunion is cut short when a killer dispatches all of them.
Inexplicably, Clover and her friends wake up and discover that the day is repeating itself over and over again. Each time, there’s a new horrific fate awaiting all of them unless they can find a way to break the loop and escape with their lives.
Until Dawn is streaming on Netflix.
‘Midnight Run’ (1988)
Action comedies were around before Midnight Run, but few have ever been greater than this one. Robert De Niro plays a disgraced former cop turned bounty hunter, Jack Walsh. Jack is ready to walk away from his job until he’s offered an easy assignment. All he has to do is locate mob accountant Jonathan “The Duke” Mardukas (Charles Grodin) and get him across the country before his trial.
Catching Jonathan was easy, but holding on to him is less so. Jonathan embezzled a lot of money from crime boss Jimmy Serrano (Dennis Farina), and now the mob is chasing after both Jonathan and Jack. They can’t turn to the police because several of Jack’s former colleagues are on Serrano’s payroll. To make it out alive, Jonathan and Jack will have to place their trust in each other.
