Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE:BMNR) was surging after the crypto network company announced a $250M private placement to advance its treasury strategy on Ethereum (ETH).

Shares were +41.15% pre-market to $6.02.

The company is set to offer 55,555,556 shares of common stock
