Christopher Schwarzenegger Shows Off Toned Arms After 30-Pound Weight Loss

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver’s youngest son, Christopher Schwarzenegger, is beefing up after a 30-pound weight loss.

Christopher, 28, showed off his bulging biceps while walking around a pumpkin patch in a white tank top on Monday, October 27. He resembled his father in the snap, proving that the Schwarzenegger genes run strong.

Christopher kept it casual in green pants and sneakers as he joined sister Katherine Schwarzenegger and her husband, Chris Pratt, for the festive outing, which also included the couple’s kids, Lyla, 5, and Eloise, 3. (They are also the parents of son Ford, 11 months.)

In addition to Christopher and Katherine, 35, the former couple share daughter Christina, 34, and son Patrick, 32. (Arnold also shares son Joseph, 28, with Mildred Patricia Baena.)

Katherine was the first to show off her brother’s transformation in August. She shared photos from her summer outing at the time and eagle-eyed fans were quick to clock Christopher’s slimmed-down look.

“A perfect day,” she captioned the snaps at the time.

The following month, Katherine gave fans a separate look at her brother’s new look when posting a shirtless photo of Christopher.

“Lake days,” she captioned a series of images in September. One of which featured Christopher in blue-and-white striped swim trunks with his toned torso on full display.

Earlier this year, Christopher spoke candidly about his weight loss journey at the inaugural Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit in Los Angeles.

“It was a big process,” he said during the May outing. “I started in 2019 when I was living in Australia. I was on this big trip. I made it a big [deal] like, ‘Oh, I’m going to go out and do all this stuff, be in Australia,’ and I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities.”

Christopher recalled wanting to go skydiving and his friends telling him there was “no shot.” He added, “I was like, ‘Yeah, I can’t skydive.’”

The Christian season of Lent changed his mindset when Christopher decided to give up bread ahead of Easter.

“I was like, ‘Well, if I’m giving up bread, I might as well just take the opportunity and I’m a good Catholic boy, so I’m not going to break it,’” he added. “And that was my one rule. I was like, ‘I’m not going to break Lent.’ And so, I lost 30 pounds just through that.”

Christopher also reflected on his longtime weight struggles, admitting he’s “tried everything” over the years.

“I was doing meal delivery things in high school, and I remember feeling like a weirdo when I was bringing weird lunches to school,” he recalled. “It’s not an overnight thing, but it took a lot of trial and error. And even still to this day … when you’re saying, ‘oh, before and after photos’ … I don’t feel like I’m an ‘after’ yet. I don’t feel like I’m at the point.”
