Five spotlight categories
Leader of the Year
Honours an outstanding individual who has shown strategic leadership, ethical influence, and measurable impact. Recognise someone who inspires teams, transforms supply chains, and sets a high bar for procurement leadership in Africa.
Public Procurement Project of the Year
Rewards a public sector initiative that has delivered exceptional value, transparency, or service delivery improvements. Celebrate procurement that is changing lives, advancing development, and building public trust.
Procurement Team of the Year – Small Organisation
Acknowledges high-performing teams (fewer than 20 people) achieving outsized results in procurement outcomes. Showcase agile teams that are proof that big results don’t require big numbers – just strategy and skill.
Outstanding People Development Programme
Highlights organisations investing in capability uplift through training, mentorship, and upskilling. Shine a light on organisations that are growing talent, nurturing careers, and building the profession from within.
Best Initiative to Deliver Social Value Through Procurement
Recognises initiatives using procurement to achieve community impact, equity, or sustainability. Applaud purpose-led procurement that serves society, not just the bottom line.
