Demi Moore loves spending time with her granddaughter.
Moore, 62, shared a series of photos via Instagram on Monday, July 14, featuring herself and granddaughter Louetta working in her yard. “Never a dull day in the garden,” Moore captioned the photos, which also featured three dogs and close-up shots of flowers.
Louetta, 2, appeared eager to help her grandmother out in the snapshots. In one photo, the toddler, who was wearing a white shirt covered in blossoms, can be seen leaning over to dig into the dirt in imitation of Moore, who was busy planting new flowers.
Rumer Willis and her former partner Derek Richard Thomas announced Louetta’s birth via Instagram in 2023.
“Louetta Isley Thomas Willis ✨ You are pure magic 🌱. Born at home on Tuesday, April 18th. You are more than we ever dreamed of ✨,” Willis, 36, wrote days later on April 24.
In an April 2025 interview with People, Moore revealed she was worried her daughter “wouldn’t make it” through the home delivery.
“Rumer had a home birth,” she explained at the time. “There was a moment when I thought, ‘Oh boy, I don’t know if she’s going to make it,’ like she has a different pain threshold than I do.”
Happily, things went better than Moore expected. “To just see her move into her own power and focus, it was a really extraordinary, beautiful moment,” she added.
On August 22, 2024, Willis confirmed she and Thomas had split up via her Instagram Stories after a fan asked about their relationship status. “Nope I am single momming it and co-parenting,” she wrote back. “I’m so grateful for Lou.”
“She is the best thing in my life and I am forever grateful I was able to have the time in that relationship for her to come into my life,” Willis added.
In a separate Instagram Story, Willis revealed she is open to having six or seven more children.

Willis has also been open about her motherhood journey on social media. In October 2023, she revealed that she, Louetta and Thomas were all “really sick” with the flu at the same time.
“Louetta and I, as well as her dad, actually got really sick recently,” she shared. “And we’re all hit pretty hard with a flu and what was incredible was it was the first time, I would say as a mother, that I truly had that moment of going, ‘Wow, how am I going to take care of myself? And take care of her.’”
Fortunately, Willis made it happen. “It was almost healing in this way of being able to look at all of those times in the past, where maybe, anxiety, or panic or something has come up and allowing myself to really see what I was capable of because I was also really trying to let her body fight whatever it was fighting,” Willis added.
