Goldie Hawn brought some very special guests along to the Happy Gilmore 2 premiere — her grandkids!

The actress, 79, looked gorgeous in a colorful patterned dress as she posed for photos with son Oliver Hudson, his wife, Erinn Bartlett, and their three children, Wilder, 17, Bodhi, 15, and Rio, 12, at the Monday, July 21, event in New York City.

Hudson, 48, wore a black button-down shirt with floral detailing, khaki pants and sneakers for the fun night out with his family, while Bartlett, 52, wore a black dress with black flats. The kids looked just as stylish as their parents in coordinating black and white outfits.

Missing from the outing was Hawn’s longtime partner, Kurt Russell, whom she has been in a relationship with for over 40 years. These days, the A-list pair love nothing more than spending time with their kids and grandchildren.

“Being a go-go grandmother, I love it,” Hawn told Hoda Kotb during a November 2024 appearance on the “Making Space With Hoda Kotb” podcast.

“It’s an unbelievable weave that starts to happen when your children start to have children. But they’re the parents,” she continued. “And what one has to be careful [of] is that we don’t want to be a horn that’s always saying, ‘Why’d you do that?’ and, ‘They should do this,’ and whatever. So Kurt and I give them full autonomy.”

In addition to Oliver, Hawn also shares daughter Kate Hudson with ex-husband Bill Hudson and son Wyatt Russell with Kurt, 74. Kurt is also the father of son Boston Russell, whom he shares with ex-wife Season Hubley.

“I will say, I miss being a mother,” Hawn continued about her experience with motherhood.

“My Wyatt used to say, ‘Mother, may I kiss your royal ring?’ You know, because I always like these big rings. I mean, they love you so much. And that’s the one thing we talk about parenting. Remember that,” she told Kotb, 60. “No one will love you like your children do. And that’s the most important part of your life.”

Hawn is also a grandmother to Kate’s three kids, Ryder, 21, Bingham, 14, and Rani, 6, and Wyatt’s two kids, Buddy, 4, and Boone, 16 months.

Hawn said that it was “really important to cherish” being a parent and a grandmother in this chapter of her life.

She concluded, “I do love being a grandmother, but I’m not the boss. I’m just the one that can deliver happiness to them, and also an ear if they need it.”
