Hayasa Metals (TSXV:HAY:CA) (OTCPK:HAYAF) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units at $0.17 each, for total proceeds of up to $1.7 million.
Each unit includes one common share and half a warrant. A full warrant allows the
