Heartflow announces pricing of upsized IPO

Heartflow (HTFL) on Thursday announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 16,666,667 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $19.00 per share.
All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Heartflow.
The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $316.7 million.
The closing of the offering is expected to occur on August 11, 2025.
