Jesse Williams Holds Hands With 'Hotel Costiera' Costar Alejandra Onieva

Jesse Williams is spending some quality time with his new costar, Alejandra Onieva.

The pair were photographed on Thursday, September 4, while out and about in Milan. Williams, 44, and Onieva, 33, were all smiles as they held hands while walking through the city.

Williams and Onieva sported coordinating looks for the occasion. The Grey’s Anatomy alum rocked a cream polo shirt, matching pants and sneakers.

Onieva dazzled in a brown and cream striped long sleeve blouse. The top was unbuttoned and tied together, showing off her long chain necklace. The Spanish actress completed her look with cream trousers and a nude person. She had her blonde hair down in loose waves.

The pair have not publicly addressed their relationship status.

Williams and Onieva star on the upcoming series Hotel Costiera, which premieres on Amazon Prime, Wednesday, September 24. Williams stars as Daniel “DD” De Luca, a half-Italian former Marine who returns to Italy. According to the series synopsis, DD snags a job at a luxurious hotel on the Amalfi Coast.

Onieva plays a character named Sheryl but details of her role have remained under wraps. The Hotel Costiera cast also includes Maria Chiara Giannetta, Jordan Alexandra, Antonio Gerardi, Sam Haygarth, Tommaso Ragno, Amanda Campana, Pierpaolo Spollon and Jean-Hugues Anglade.

Williams was previously married to Aryn Drake-Lee. The exes, who tied the knot in 2012, share two children: daughter Sadie, 11, and son Maceo, 9. In April 2017, Williams and Drake-Lee separated after five years of marriage.

Their split later turned messy as they fought over custody of their kids, but the divorce was officially finalized in 2020, with the pair agreeing to share joint legal and physical custody.

Us Weekly previously confirmed in September 2024 that Williams requested to change their arrangement, asking for equal joint physical custody and more visitation periods. A judge later awarded Williams sole legal custody of his children’s healthcare. According to docs obtained by Us in May 2025, Drake-Lee filed to overturn Williams’ medical custody of their two children. Drake-Lee and Williams’ next hearing has since been delayed due to scheduling issues.

Following his split from Drake-Lee, Williams was briefly linked to Minka Kelly, Taylor Rooks and Taylour Paige.

Onieva, for her part, was previously rumored to be dating Sebastian Stan. In summer 2020, Onieva and the Marvel star, 43, were spotted holding hands in New York City. Months later, Onieva seemingly confirmed her and Stan’s romance when she posted a photo of their shadows.

“Walking on a dream,” she wrote via Instagram in December 2020.

Onieva and Stan were last seen together in November 2021. Stan has been dating actress Annabelle Wallis since May 2022.
