Jessica Alba’s budding romance with actor Danny Ramirez appears to be heating up.

Alba, 44, and Ramirez, 32, were spotted making out in photos obtained by online gossip site DeuxMoi on Saturday, July 26. In the snaps, the Top Gun: Maverick actor wrapped his arms around Alba as they kissed in front of a parked vehicle.

The pair both opted for casual wear, twinning in black baseball caps with coordinating T-shirts and gray sweatpants.

Us Weekly exclusively confirmed earlier in July that Alba is casually “seeing” Ramirez amid her divorce proceedings from estranged husband Cash Warren.

“They were friends before it turned romantic,” the insider told Us. “Jessica is still keeping things casual.”

The source further explained that Alba and Ramirez met through mutual friends.

“They run in the same social circle, and that is how they were connected,” the insider said. “She is having a lot of fun in this new era. It’s not serious, but she is enjoying time with him.”

Neither Alba nor Ramirez has addressed their rumored relationship. Us reached out for comment at the time.

Alba announced in January that she and Warren, 46, separated after more than two decades of marriage.

“I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” Alba wrote in an Instagram statement. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”

She continued, “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”

Alba and Warren share daughters Honor, 17, and Haven, 13, as well as son Hayes, 7, and have continued to celebrate holidays as a family unit despite their breakup.

“Our babies couldn’t have a better dad — warm, kind, present, always knowing what to say,” Ala wrote via her Instagram Story in June, sharing a social media tribute to Warren on Father’s Day. “I admire your patience and the way you hold space for them, making them feel safe and light after every conversation. Thank you for being their rock.”

Warren has not publicly addressed the now-exes’ split, though he has also been frequently proud of Alba’s professional endeavors.

“What she was able to accomplish with The Honest Company is amazing and she’s still involved. She’s still on the board,” Warren told Us in July 2024 after her step-down from the company. “We’re, obviously, still an Honest household. When she stepped down, she’d been at it for 12 or 13 years and she found a great CEO and it was just time.”

He added, “I’m absolutely blown away [that she] jumped back into acting and her first movie that just came out was called Trigger Warning on Netflix and it was the No. 1 movie in 84 countries and had over a billion streams in its first weekend. I’ve just been blown away that she was able to so elegantly step down from her role with Honest and jump back into acting and immediately find success like that.”
