Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly's Blended Family Guide: Meet Their Kids

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly were both already parents before welcoming their first baby together. The duo started dating in 2020 and quickly melded their lives together. While they’ve had some ups and downs in their relationship, ultimately splitting in November 2024, the former couple welcomed a daughter in March 2025. (Fox previously suffered a miscarriage before announcing her pregnancy in fall 2024.) Fox welcomed kids Noah, Bodhi and Journey with ex-husband Brian Austin Green before expanding her brood with Kelly. (Fox and Green were married from 2010 to 2021.) Kelly has been forthcoming about his close-knit relationship with his eldest daughter. In January 2020, he shared via X that she wears his "merch shirts to sleep every night."

Casie has since followed in her dad’s footsteps in the entertainment industry and nabbed an acting role in the 2022 movie One Way.

Fox gave birth to her eldest child September 2012. Both Fox and Green have spoken candidly about Noah wearing dresses since age 2.

“My kid is so brave, my child is so brave, and I know that they’ve chosen this journey for a reason,” Fox told Glamour UK in April 2022. “It’s just hard as a mom.”

Fox and Green welcomed Bodhi in February 2024.

The actress gushed over being a mother of two in November 2017, calling her kids “wild beasts” in an interview with Extra.

"Everything is a weapon. You can’t have forks, forks are weapons,” she said. “They’re always trying to kill each other, and it’s so stressful because the baby gets stressed out because he doesn’t understand what’s going on.”

Fox and Green’s youngest child was born in August 2016.

Fox announced via Instagram in November 2024 that she was expecting a rainbow baby following a past pregnancy loss. Kelly announced in March 2025 that they welcomed a baby girl.

Three months after their daughter’s birth, Kelly revealed the baby girl’s name: Saga Blade Fox-Baker. The announcement came following some confusion surrounding the infant’s moniker, as fans originally thought Kelly and Fox had named her “Celestial Seed” due to the Instagram caption the singer wrote announcing her birth.
