Nicole Kidman’s youngest daughter made a surprise appearance in her mom’s new beauty campaign.
Faith Margaret, 14, posed alongside Kidman, 58, in the actress’ inaugural campaign for Clé de Peau Beauté. Kidman was named the global brand ambassador for the Japanese beauty brand, which boasts a luxury skincare line.
The primarily black-and-white ad featured an accompanying short film, in which Faith hugged her mom before the pair got face-to-face for a sweet shot. The dreamy video was set to Etta James’ song “At Last” and shared by the brand via Instagram on Friday, July 25.
“In The Key to Radiance is You, our new Global Brand Ambassador Nicole Kidman creatively expresses the ever-evolving definition of Radiance. While Radiance begins with Clé de Peau Beauté, just how far it takes you, is up to you,” the brand shared of their latest campaign.
Kidman recently opened up about how special it was to have Faith on set, telling People on Thursday, July 24, “My other daughter [Sunday] is modeling now, and so when they said, ‘Would Faith be in this with you?’ I was like, ‘Faithy, do you want to be in this?’ And she was like, ‘Yes.’ So we flew out together and we were able to just have fun on the set.”
Kidman shares daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith with husband Keith Urban. (She is also mom to adult children Bella, 32, and Connor, 30 with ex-husband Tom Cruise.)
“It was just sort of a magical, dreamlike experience, which I hope when people see the campaign, they get,” she added of shooting with Clé de Peau Beauté. “[Faith’s] my baby, and it was a sweet little way to capture her at 14. It was one of those things where you say, ‘This isn’t a job. This is actually a gift.’”
Kidman said that confidence is key when it comes to feeling her best, and she tries to make sure her daughters are always empowered and supported as they grow into young women.
“Obviously, when I was in my teens and my early twenties, and I am raising girls in their teens, you realize the importance of empowering other women, and the way in which when you are empowered, that sort of inner confidence actually shows through, and to me that’s very beautiful,” Kidman told People.
The Babygirl star shared a behind the scenes video from the shoot to her Instagram account on Sunday, July 27, writing, “BTS @cledepeaubeaute with my little one.” In the clip, Kidman and Faith dance together on camera.
Sunday, for her part, recently made her runway debut at the spring/summer 2025 Miu Miu show during Paris Fashion Week in October 2024. Her proud mom told E! News at the Lioness premiere later that month that she is “incredibly proud and supportive” of her daughter’s pursuit of modeling.
“Just there for her. Just being a mom,” Kidman said of supporting her teenager’s goals. “I was just like, ‘You got this baby.’ “I’m trying to give her her own space, you know? [Not be] overbearing or dominant in any way.”
Kidman also stepped out with Sunday at W Magazine’s Annual Best Performances Party in Los Angeles in January and celebrated alongside Faith at The Hollywood Reporter‘s Annual Women In Entertainment Gala at The Beverly Hills Hotel in December 2024.
“I’m very close to both my girls,” Kidman told Allure in May. “I sit on their beds and discuss the most intimate things; I get to be their guide.”
“If they want to tell me to be quiet, they can,” she continued. “I’m able to apologize to them. I’m able to stand up to them. I very much like the relationship we have. It’s nice to be able to say that.”
