Travis Kelce Had ‘Too Many’ Favorite Moments in Offseason With Taylor Swift

Travis Kelce had a great offseason.

In a recent TikTok video, the Kansas City Chiefs’ social media crew asked the team’s players how they spent their NFL hiatus. While a number of the athletes rattled off family or relationship milestones as their favorite moments of the offseason, Kelce, 35, offered a more subtle answer.

“Man, too many,” Kelce quipped of his time off the field this summer via footage taken during the squad’s training camp on Thursday, July 24.

Kelce and the Chiefs kicked off their offseason in February after a landslide loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX. For Kelce, the break was a chance for the tight end to spend quality time with girlfriend Taylor Swift.

“Taylor is supporting Travis during this difficult time and it’s just trying to be there for him as much as possible,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly later in February. “The game obviously did not go as planned.”

Swift, 35, wrapped her years-long Eras Tour in December 2024, going on to hunker down with Kelce in his Kansas City home or on low-key trips to Utah, New York, Montana and Tennessee, among others.

“Travis wants to take [a breather] from the public eye,” a second insider told Us in April. “He was working too much last year, and he didn’t play as well as he wanted. He wants to have a good season and not have the focus be on his relationship with Taylor.”

Later on Thursday, Kelce also offered fans a glimpse into how they spent his NFL downtime.

“Had some adventures this offseason, kept it 💯,” Kelce wrote via Instagram, sharing snaps of him and Swift enjoying cozy dinners, trying out ice skating sessions and enjoying meals with their friends.

Elsewhere in Kelce’s social media roundup, he posed with Swift’s brother, Austin, during hiking and fishing trips. Travis’ older brother, retired NFL star Jason Kelce, also joined the crew on the adventurous outings.

Swift and Travis have been together for two years, meeting shortly after the three-time Super Bowl champion claimed on his “New Heights” podcast that the pop star “didn’t want to meet” him when he went to her Eras Tour show in Kansas City.

“This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,” Swift told TIME in a December 2023 profile. “We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other.”

The couple made their public debut in September 2023 when Swift attended her first Chiefs game, sitting in a private box with Travis’ mom, Donna Kelce. Swift is now a fixture at Travis’ games, including both the 2024 and 2025 Super Bowls.

“When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there and we don’t care,” Swift added to TIME. “The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”
