Pamela Anderson spilled her secrets to a glowing complexion after embracing a makeup-free look.
Anderson, 58, exclusively opened up to Us Weekly about her skincare brand, Sonsie, at a pop-up event in New York City in celebration of her upcoming drop, the Basic Balm in Sugar Dipped Rhubarb.
During the event, Anderson told Us that if she had to recommend just one product from her line, it would be a topical that “supports the skin barrier leaving behind radiant, smooth skin,” per her website.
“That’s a tough one,” she said. “I’m really into the Adapt Cream right now,” Anderson added. “It really is kind of a one stop shop, and you can’t use it wrong.”
The actress added, “I use it whenever I see a dry patch or a red spot or anything. I think that does the most.” Anderson explained that fans should always use their “most hydrating products first” while doing their skincare. “If you are going to use the [Sonsie] lineup, you do the cleanser, the serum, then the Adapt Cream.”
When it comes to her current skincare routine, Anderson credits Sonsie for her radiant look, as well as her lifestyle choices. “I have a healthy diet, I get a lot of sleep, I drink a lot of water, and I have a very simple skincare routine,” she said.
“I don’t wear makeup normally, unless I’m working,” she explained, sharing that unless she’s filming a movie or performing in a play, she’s going makeup-free to allow her skin to “breathe.”

Anderson added, “I don’t wear makeup on the red carpet ever. I mean, I have a little bit here and there sometimes, but most of the time, 95 percent of my red carpets have been zero [glam.]” She quipped, “Not a no-makeup [makeup] look. This is no makeup zero.”
In 2023, Anderson explained that after her longtime makeup artist Alexis Vogel died from breast cancer in 2019, she stopped getting glammed up. “[Vogel] was the best,” Anderson told Elle at the time. “And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup.”
While she usually opts for an au naturel look, Anderson gushed that if she is wearing gloss, it’s her Basic Balm in Sugar Dipped Rhubarb, which launches on Tuesday, October 28. “Now I have a shimmer. So that’s fancy!” she told Us.

The Baywatch alum shared that her skincare lineup remains the same throughout the changing seasons, but when she’s traveling, she uses her Multi Moisture Cream even more.
“I just slather it all over the place,” she told Us. “I feel a lot better, and you have to drink a lot more water when you’re traveling a lot, so staying hydrated is key.”
One way she stays hydrated and dewy is by drinking her Glow Green Juice from her cookbook, I Love You: Recipes From the Heart.
“I do a celery juice,” she told Us. “I have a Glow Juice in my cookbook that I think is very positive [for the skin].”
Anderson got inspiration for Sonsie from her own garden in Vancouver Island, which she started using to create products at home. She told Us that her next DIY project is to make a rose oil for her body.
“It’s almost the time to harvest roses, and that’s when I put it in oil, and I bake it for a while [and] strain,” she told Us. “It’s really good for your face, too. I like [to put it in] my bath.”
