Rachel Zoe filed for divorce from her husband, Rodger Berman, while shooting her first season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Us Weekly can report.

On July 21, the iconic fashion stylist, 53, filed a petition to end her marriage to her businessman husband, 56, after 26 years of marriage.

The documents list the date of marriage as February 15, 1998, and the date of separation as June 27, 2024. The exes share two sons: Skyler, 14, and Kaius,11.

Zoe cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. She asked the court to award her joint physical and legal custody of their kids.

In addition, she asked that the court terminate both parties’ right to spousal support. She also asked that her last name be restored to her maiden name, Zoe.

The Bravo star filed the documents without a lawyer. TMZ broke the news.

The move in court comes months after Zoe and Berman announced the decision to end their longtime marriage.

“After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I have come to the mutual decision to end our marriage,” Zoe wrote on social media. “We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together.”

She added, “Our number one priority has been and will always be our children. We are committed to coparent our boys and to continue to work together within the many businesses we share. We ask for privacy during this time as we navigate this new chapter.”

The statement ended, “With love and gratitude — Rachel & Rodger.”

The duo met in 1991 while attending George Washington University. Zoe and Berman became household names after appearing on The Rachel Zoe Project, which aired on Bravo from 2007 to 2013.

Berman worked closely with Zoe on her fashion empire and was CEO of Rachel Zoe Inc.

At the time, a source told Us, “This divorce was a long time coming. There is no scandal or smoking gun, it’s more death by a thousand cuts.”

They added, “Their main issues were mixing their personal and professional lives too much. Rodger is the president of her company, so they had to have hard conversations about their marriage and about the business that weighed on their relationship.”

The insider claimed Zoe and her ex had been spending less time together. A source told us last year, “Rachel spent the summer in the Hamptons and Rodger was rarely [there], and they realized that they are better apart than together.”

As Us first reported, Zoe was cast as a full-time Housewife for the 15th season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

On social media, she added, “It’s official. I am coming back to Bravo. I am joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. It’s been a while, and you’ve been asking me to come back to television, and I said when stars aligned, or it makes sense, or I have enough to say to share with all of you. And now’s the time. Really excited to be with all of you again, and I hope you are, so let’s have some fun.”

The drama is likely to be filmed for RHOBH, which TMZ reported was in the middle of production in early July. The outlet said filming was expected to run for a couple more months.
