RE Royalties (TSXV:RE:CA) (OTCQX:RROYF) announced a non-brokered private placement offering of up to ~10.63M units at a price of $0.32 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $3.4M.
Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.
Each warrant is exercisable into one common share at an exercise price of $0.45 per warrant for a period of 36 months.
The proceeds of the offering will be used for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
