Rob Kardashian has come a long way since he and his family rose to fame on Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2007.
Born in March 1987 to Kris Jenner and the late Robert Kardashian Sr., the sole male Kardashian-Jenner sibling used his KUWTK celebrity status to land a second-place finish on Dancing With the Stars’ 13th season in 2011. That following year, he launched a designer sock label called Arthur George.
Rob eventually got his own one-season KUWTK spinoff in 2016 titled Rob & Chyna, in which he costarred alongside his then-fiancée, Blac Chyna, with whom he welcomed his daughter, Dream, in 2016.
Outside of entertainment, the reality star earned a college degree in 2009 from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He has also faced multiple hardships over the years and in the public eye, including a type 2 diabetes diagnosis in 2015 — he shared he was diabetes-free the following year — weight struggles and a messy 2020 custody battle with Chyna. (The exes share 50/50 custody of Dream.)

Like the Brady Bunch! In this throwback photo from 1993, 5-year-old Rob poses for a family portrait session. Joining the young cutie were his sisters (Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé Kardashian), his stepsiblings (Burt, Brody, Brandon and Cassandra Jenner), as well as his stepdad, Caitlyn Jenner (formerly known as Bruce Jenner) and his mom, Kris Jenner.
The couple attended a party in Las Vegas, where a source told Us Weekly Chyna appeared to be in a "great mood" while she was "sipping on water and eating chicken fingers." Another eyewitness added that the couple were “cute together and showed affection.”
Rob spent July 4 having a pool day with his and Chyna's daughter, Dream. Just one day later, he took to Instagram to slam Chyna, accusing her of cheating and alleging he paid for her jewelry and cosmetic surgeries.
Rob showed off a slimmer figure on Halloween in costume with Kris after retreating from the public eye in recent years. The reality star was dressed as a Troll doll, while the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch wore a mariachi suit and skeleton face makeup.
After successfully launching his own hot sauce, Grandeza Hot Sauce, in October 2020, Rob announced in January 2021 that he had a new food venture in the works. The reality star teamed up with Exotic Pop to create his own vanilla cream soda drink.
The California native popped up in the first trailer for the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in January 2021, sitting beside Corey Gamble while on a family vacation. After being absent from the show for years, Rob appeared in a few moments from season 19 in 2020 and will seemingly be a part of the farewell 20th season.
Rob joined his older sisters and Kourtney's boyfriend, Travis Barker, for a group dinner. "Dinner with my fave couples," Kim captioned a set of Instagram photos from the occasion, which showed Khloé sitting with her brother. "FOEVA @robkardashianofficial," the Good American founder added in a comment.
Rob shared a sweet snap of himself via Instagram to celebrate Khloé’s birthday in June 2023. “Wishing you nothing but good health and happiness forever my darling buttercup!” he captioned the sibling pic. “I love you so much and so thankful to have u in my life and for all that U do for Dream and I. I don’t know what I would do without you.”
Rob made a rare family photo appearance in Instagram pics Kim shared from the family’s April 2025 Easter celebrations. Rob wrapped his arm around his mother while he, Kim and Khloé posed with several of their kids.
In a rare interview with sister Khloe, Rob explained why he chooses not to be part of any reality TV projects.
“I'm not comfortable in my skin, so why would I wanna go be on camera and just be vulnerable and let people in?” he said on the July 16 episode of the “Khloé in Wonderland” podcast. “That's not what I wanna do. I'm not gonna just put myself out there if I'm not comfortable with myself. I haven't been comfortable with myself in years."
Rob said there’s “definitely nothing wrong” between any of his family that prevents him from filming. Instead, he is choosing “my own happiness and peace.”
“I love filming if it's positive, and if it's natural, and I'm feeling good about myself,” he said about a possible return to the small screen. “I like being around my family, so that stuff is good to me. Obviously, I have nothing against it. The reason I don't is because I'm a homebody and I just choose, like I said, my peace and happiness."
