Shares of SK Hynix (OTCPK:HXSCF) and Samsung Electronics (OTCPK:SSNLF) fell on Monday after Washington revoked their authorizations to obtain U.S. semiconductor equipment for operations in China.

The move is set to go into effect in 120 days.
