SolGold to voluntarily delist from TSX

SolGold (OTCPK:SLGGF) has applied to voluntarily delist its ordinary shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange, effective at the close of trading on June 18, 2025. 

The company's shares will continue to trade on the London Stock Exchange Main Market under the symbol "SOLG."

The company said that the financial and administrative costs of maintaining its TSX listing are no longer justified due to low trading volumes on the TSX, and shareholder approval is not needed for delisting.
