- Soma Gold (TSXV:SOMA:CA) has signed a definitive agreement to buy out Red Rock Resources' net smelter returns royalty on the El Limón gold mine.
- The royalty buyout totals C$1.88M in cash and 200,000 share purchase warrants priced at C$2 each, exercisable over three years.
- Soma will fund the deal using existing working capital.
