Sydney Sweeney Is 'Having Fun' With Scooter Braun — But Are They Dating?

Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun are sparking romance rumors after being spotted together over the summer — but are they officially an item?

A source exclusively tells Us Weekly that Sweeney, 27, is “not exclusively dating anyone right now but is having fun with Scooter.”

“It is not serious,” the insider explains, revealing that the Anyone But You actress is “dating around and in her single era without having any pressure.”

Braun, meanwhile, is “very into” Sweeney, according to the source, who tells Us, he “has been trying to see her in between her work commitments.”

A second insider says, “Scooter likes [Sydney] and has been pursuing her” after they were first seen together walking around Italy in June before both went on to attend Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s star-studded wedding.

The record executive, 44, and Sweeney “became close” after Bezos’ lavish nuptials, the first source adds.

“They hung out that whole weekend and had a lot of fun,” the insider tells Us. “They have been texting since and have seen each other a few times.”

After a video resurfaced of Sweeney and Braun together in Italy, TMZ reported on Tuesday, September 2, that the duo have been seeing each other.

Us Weekly has reached out to reps for Sweeney and Braun for comment.

The pair’s rumored relationship comes after Sweeney called off her engagement with Jonathan Davino in March. The Euphoria alum dated Davino, 42, four years before they got engaged.

Sweeney was then linked to Machine Gun Kelly after they were seen hugging at a Las Vegas club opening. The actress, however, denied they were anything other than just friends during an August appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.

“Shut up, dude,” she playfully responded when asked about their possible romance following MGK’s split from former fiancée Megan Fox.

Scooter, meanwhile, was married to Yael Braun for seven years before they called it quits in 2021. The pair, who share kids Jagger, 10, Levi, 8, and Hart, 6, filed for divorce that July.

Us confirmed in September 2022 that Scooter and Yael, 38, finalized their divorce, agreeing to joint legal custody of their children. They share 50/50 physical custody, according to court documents obtained by Us.
