Taylor Swift couldn’t help but gush over Travis Kelce’s family — especially brother Jason Kelce’s four daughters — while appearing on the “New Heights” podcast.
The Grammy winner, 35, spoke about her bond with the 35-year-old NFL star’s loved ones during her Wednesday, August 13, debut on Travis and Jason’s show.
“I’m getting my hobbies back,” Swift told the Kelce brothers, noting that her hobbies after The Eras Tour have been very “grandma” coded and have benefited the whole family.
She shared, “Right now, we’re very deep in a sourdough obsession,” noting that she’s made blueberry lemon, cinnamon swirl and cinnamon raisin.
However, it’s her latest creation that Swift thinks Jason and his wife Kylie Kelce‘s daughters, Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 4 months, will appreciate most.
“This one I’ve been workshopping for the girls, because they love everything rainbow: Funfetti sourdough,” Swift said.
Jason, 37, was completely on board, responding, “Oh, my gosh. That’s going to blow their mind.” Swift agreed, saying, “Yeah, it will.”
Swift revealed, “They love sprinkles. We put sprinkles in everything when we hang out,” giving fans a glimpse at her auntie lifestyle after dating Travis for two years.
“She’s a loafer for life now,” Travis teased, noting he loves all of the different desserts and breads the “Exile” singer makes.
In addition to spending time with Travis and his family, Swift said she has gotten back into the swing of sewing since her tour ended in December 2024.
“I specialize in children’s purses and baby blankets. I love to paint. I love to cook,” she shared. “I have a different baking obsession every six months.” (Swift was also promoting the announcement of her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, which comes out in October.)
Ever since Swift and Travis went public with their relationship in September 2023, she has spent time connecting with his family — including his parents, Ed Kelce and Donna Kelce, brother Jason and sister-in-law Kylie, 33, and nieces.
Swift is often seen supporting Travis alongside his family at his Kansas City Chiefs games. She has also bonded with the Kelces privately, celebrating holidays together and enjoying double dates with Jason and Kylie.
“Everybody knows how close Travis is with his family,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in January 2024. “So it really means everything to him how seamlessly Taylor blends in with all of them. His family is all about just hanging out, joking and having a great time. It’s almost like she’s known his family forever, and he loves that about her.”
As their bonds have deepened, the Kelces have had nothing but kind words to say about Swift.
“She’s [an] awesome, down-to-earth, genuine person,” Jason told NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe in February 2024, adding that Swift’s personality is “great to see,” especially when “somebody of that caliber of stardom still remain[s] as grounded as they are.”
Kylie, for her part, reflected on her first time meeting Swift at the Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills game in January 2024.

“People are deeply disturbed by this. There was, like, all this stuff leading up to it [the meeting] about, ‘Well, why haven’t they met, they’re avoiding each other.’ I’m not avoiding anyone,” she insisted on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in February, noting that she is open to meeting “anybody,” but especially “someone that Travis is dating.”
In May, Jason revealed that Swift met his and Kylie’s newest addition, Finn, shortly after she was born in March.
“We were fortunate to have them all in,” he told Entertainment Tonight at the time. “It doesn’t happen often — everybody’s busy — but it was really special. Thankfully we have a really tight-knit family that makes time for each other, and it’s been awesome.”
