Twilio set to join S&P MidCap 400

Twilio (NYSE:TWLO) will replace Amedisys (NASDAQ:AMED) in the S&P MidCap 400 effective before the opening of trading on Tuesday, August 19.
S&P 500 and S&P 100 constituent UnitedHealth Group (UNH) acquired Amedisys in a deal completed on Thursday.
Twilio (NYSE:TWLO) +5% in extended trading.
