Vertical Aerospace (NYSE:EVTL) announced on Wednesday that it has priced its underwritten public offering of $60 million of the company’s ordinary shares at $5.00 per ordinary share.
Shares of EVTL slipped nearly 32% to $4.73 during premarket trading.
