WisdomTree announces name change for fund

Exchange-traded products company WisdomTree (NYSE:WT) announced on Friday a name change of its WisdomTree Alternative Income Fund to WisdomTree Private Credit and Alternative Income Fund.

The updated name reflects the company's sharpened focus on private credit.

The fund seeks to track the price and yield performance of the Gapstow Private Credit and Alternative Income Index.

Shares were +0.53% pre-market to $13.00.
