SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali films (Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion) are set for a re-release. Starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and Anushka Shetty, the first part released on July 10, 2015. The makers have decided to combine both the parts into one and re-release it in theatres.
On its 10th anniversary, the makers surprised fans by announcing the re-release date of the movie, titled Baahubali: The Epic. Originally shot in Telugu, the films were dubbed in Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. The massive success of the Baahubali filmsacross the country spurred the pan-Indian movement in the Indian film industry.
Produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni of Arka Media Works, the movie will hit the screens again on October 31, 2025. The film’s grand music was composed by MM Keeravani, who went on to win the Oscars for his work in Rajamouli’s RRR (2022).

Veteran V Srinivas Mohan was the VFX supervisor for the ambitious project while KK Senthil Kumar shot the two-part epic drama. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao edited the movies.

The movies revolved around Sivudu (Prabhas), who helps his love-interest Avantika rescue the former queen of Mahishmati, Devasena (Anushka Shetty) from king Ballaladeva (Rana Daggubati). Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj and Nassar are the other actors in the movie.
