  • Birdeye, a marketing solution for multi-location brands, announced the launch of its Agentic Marketing Platform on the first day of its annual View 2025 conference. 

    Built on proprietary LLMs, the platform introduces 10+ autonomous AI agents that work as true co-workers, completing marketing jobs end-to-end, freeing humans to focus on creating customer value and building trust.

    At the heart of this new Agentic Platform is our proprietary Outcome Framework, an adaptable architecture that allows every business to tailor agents to their exact needs and complete marketing jobs, even the complex ones, with unmatched speed and accuracy.
