BMO Financial to now repurchase upto 30M common shares through revised bid

Bank of Montreal (NYSE:BMO) to replace its existing normal course issuer bid with the revised bid to purchase for cancellation up to 30 million of its common shares.
The new bid represent 4.2% of public float as of July 31, 2025.
