Brittany Cartwright revealed that she is “getting better everyday” after going under the knife for “mommy makeover” surgery nearly one month ago.

“Almost 3 weeks post-op! I’m feeling a little sore and still swollen but I’m doing amazing,” Cartwright, 36, wrote via her Instagram caption on Monday, October 20, after a source exclusively confirmed to Us Weekly that she opted for a tummy tuck and more done by Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group’s Dr. Payman Danielpour and Dr. John Layke.

As part of her procedure, Cartwright also got new breast implants after removing her previous implants from her first augmentation surgery, which was captured during season 4 of Vanderpump Rules.

In the mirror selfie showing off her surgery results, Cartwright beamed in a black tank top and matching form-fitting leggings, giving fans a peek at her progress so far.

“I’m so happy with my decision, do whatever makes you happy with your own body and lift other women up always!” the Bravolebrity continued. “Everyone may not take the route I chose and I truly believe a woman’s body is incredible no matter what and deserves all the love! 🩷🩷”

After seeing her post, several stars flooded her comments section with compliments and well-wishes. “I said DAYUMMMMMM ❤️‍🔥💕 so sparkly inside and out,” Kristen Doute wrote in support. Tamra Judge added, “You look amazing always. Hope you feel back to normal soon.”

Cartwright’s rep Lori Krebs told Us in early October that Cartwright had decided on the surgery to launch “an empowering new chapter in her journey of self-confidence, healing and growth.”

It was also revealed that Cartwright will later share “more about the experience and her recovery” on her “When Reality Hits With Brittany Cartwright” podcast.

Cartwright’s choice to go through with the procedure initially came to light after she shared a cryptic hint via social media.

“When they said ‘remove what no longer serves you,’ I took it literally 💅,” Cartwright wrote, showing herself wrapped in compression bandages with two surgical drains hanging off them. “In all seriousness, y’all know I always keep it real — and sooo…I did a thing💕 Something I’ve wanted to do for years and I finally took the step for me. I couldn’t be happier.”

Cartwright is the proud mom of son Cruz, 4, whom she shares with estranged husband Jax Taylor. She filed for divorce from Taylor, 46, in August 2024, citing irreconcilable differences and listing January 24, 2024, as the separation date.

In July, Taylor announced that he would not be returning to The Valley after two seasons.

“After an incredibly challenging year and many honest conversations with my team and producers, I’ll be stepping away from the next season of The Valley,” he shared in a statement with E! News at the time, revealing he was prioritizing his well-being. “Right now, my focus needs to be on my sobriety, my mental health, and coparenting. Taking this time is necessary for me to become the best version of myself — especially for our son, Cruz.”
