Stars Who Got Bangs in 2025: Zoe Kravitz, Kourtney Kardashian and More

Bangs are so back. Stars including Zoë Kravitz, Kourtney Kardashian, Jennifer Lawrence and more of Hollywood’s favorites are rocking bangs in 2025. Xochitl Gomez was one of the first to start the hair trend this year, when she cut her brunette strands and stepped out with a fringe in February. She’s kept the style neatly maintained throughout the seasons and even showed off her freshly trimmed look on October 6 at the Tron: Ares premiere in Hollywood. Kardashian also hopped on the trend and surprised fans with her new look in September while getting ready for “spooky season.” Her chic look featured blunt bangs cut slightly past her brows with the rest of her mane cascading to her waist. Lawrence also made headlines for her haircut in between appearances during the San Sebastian International Film Festival. Her look included wispy bangs blended into the rest of her blonde tresses. Zoë Kravitz cut her long hair into a chin-length bob and baby bangs in October. Her hair was blown out with her ends voluminously flipped up. She debuted the look at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles on October 18. The actress teamed her dramatic ‘do with a bronze Saint Laurent gown featuring puffy sleeves and an A-line skirt. 

Kristen Stewart surprised fans with a brunette makeover, complete with bangs cut halfway down her forehead at the Chronology Of Water during the BFI London Film Festival on October 16. 

Katie Thurston showed off a fresh fringe at the Pink Agenda Annual New York City Gala on October 9. Her hair was cut slightly past her eyebrows and blended into the rest of her mane, which cascaded a few inches past her collarbone. Thurston’s look comes amid her battle with breast cancer. 

In between appearances during the San Sebastian International Film Festival in Kursaal, San Sebastian, Jennifer Lawrence cut her blonde hair into wispy bangs. She wore her hair down while debuting the new look, with her strands neatly straightened on September 26 at the Die, My Love premiere. 

Olandria Carthen cut her hair into wispy bangs on September 25. Her hairstylist, Ricky Wing, called the look “tossed kitten hair.” The rest of her brunette hair was styled in voluminous curls. 

Kourtney Kardashian showed off chic bangs in September to kick off “witchy season.” Her mane was cut a touch past her brows in a blunt style, while the rest of her tresses were worn long. She again showed off the look on October 3 with her black mane styled in loose waves. 

Leighton Meester rocked copper side bangs at the Emmys in September. She teamed her new style with a pastel pink dress, complementing her fiery mane. 

Xochitl Gomez cut her bangs in February of this year and has maintained the look ever since. She showed off her trimmed fringe, which was cut above her brows, at the Tron: Ares premiere on October 6.
