Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE:BR) said it has acquired iJoin, a retirement plan technology provider specializing in participant onboarding, engagement, and analytics.
- The acquisition expands Broadridge’s retirement servicing capabilities by integrating iJoin’s tools for participant onboarding, managed accounts, retirement income, and data-driven engagement services.
